We have just confirmed reports that Yahoo incorrectly marks email coming from our domain as spam mails. As a result, visitors with Yahoo email accounts find it difficult to register because they have not seen the confirmation email sent to them to activate their accounts. In truth, the email has already been sent but is currently residing in the user's spam directory.
If you are a Yahoo user and you have registered here with us, please check your spam directory for the activation email. If you do find it, kindly mark it as "No Spam". On the other hand, we have not received reports about Gmail users having this problem (Google rocks!).Anyway, we feel that Yahoo has done as a terrible injustice. We have not encountered this problem before when Yahoo was still hosting our website. Now that we have change servers, this kind of thing happens. Currently, Yahoo is still our domain registrar but we are also planning to change that. We are wondering what more problems will spring out of this decision.
